Rev. Sonia Davidson

Rev. Dr. Sonia Davidson brings together the worlds of medicine, spiritual understanding and personal transformation in her ministry at Temple of Light. A trained medical doctor with accreditation in psychiatry, she has for many years explored the relationship between mind, consciousness and wellbeing through the teachings of Science of Mind.

As a minister of Temple of Light, Rev. Dr. Davidson has contributed to the Centre's spiritual education and community life through teaching, facilitation and ministry. Her work has included facilitating programmes exploring spiritual principles and prosperity consciousness, including a course in Spiritual Economics, and more recently participating in the teaching of The Essential Ernest Holmes, a CSL-accredited course.

Rev. Dr. Davidson was ordained as one of three Temple of Light ministers in a ceremony conducted by Rev. Dr. Jaine Ryder, alongside Rev. Ann Shand and Rev. Michael Reckord. Her approach to spiritual living reflects a belief in the transformative power of conscious thought, positive affirmation and an understanding of the connection between mind, body and spirit.

Through her ministry and teaching, Rev. Dr. Davidson invites individuals to explore their inherent potential, deepen their spiritual awareness and embrace the possibility of greater health, wholeness and purposeful living.
